For the Special Couple

The more I work on the Wedding Collection the more I get addicted to it. Looking at the possibilities, the endless options and ideas that this collection can trigger.

Today I have a booklet which can be used a invite, a Photo Card or just a simple journalling booklet.

The collection has some intricate dies that is perfect for such an occasion.

Instructions

For the base use medium weight chipboard. The final project measures 4"x6". Cut chipboard and cover with the classic wedding coordinating paper from the paper collection. For the inside use co ordinating paper from the classic wedding collection and adhere the same. Use the HCD1-7144  Decorative Medallion Die and die cut several pieces from a white CS. Adhere all the pieces together and place it on one side of the booklet. This will serve as a pocket for the journalling or tags.On the other side keep the space for the photo.Use the Classic Rose Die to shape the flowers and leaves. Used the archival black ink to stamp and then shape the flowers and leaves using the Flower Shaping Essentials tools and distress ink for the coloring. The flowers and leaves are tied in a  bouquet with a net and some mesh for the cover. Used a Spellbinder die to create a shaker space for the sentiment and some glitter and sequence.Cover the back and rear panel of the booklet using the wedding paper collection. Arrange the shaker card, the flower bouquet and finish the project
using a ribbon for the closure.USed the HCD1-7144  Decorative Medallion Die to create the base on which the flower bouquet is placed.

Baby's 1st year Mini!

Hello Friends,

Today's post is very special to me as the project features the stamp set designed by me and published by Peek-a-boo.Thanks Vidushi for the opportunity and releasing it to the world.

I made this project keeping in consideration "Lulupu" Challenge also and specially for another reason :).

So its a mini album inspired by TP roll mini's. The tutorial that I have used is from " My Sister Scrapper" however changed the dimension and also made the pages not from TP rolls.

The Pattern paper is from DCWV and the base Card stock is from Peek-a-boo.

Now to revel the inside pages. The Inside Pages are made with white Fabriano CS. Each of the page is distress and given a unique background using "Technique Tuesday" and "Peek-a-boo" stamp set.

Each page depicts each month with the quote for each month and then the inside tags are used for photo mats.

The album has a total of 6 pages, with 12 sides for 12 months. I have used the Stack the Deck binding system for this album.

The below the are tags. The topper are made from scallop punch and then slit to create the tabs.

Below is the close up view for each of the page :)

Months 1- 4

Months 5-8

Love you Sweets

Hello Everyone,

So one of my friend is learning baking these days and she is trying her hands on various types of cakes and chocolates. We together look for various recipes.

When Lulupu came up with this monthly Challenge, a recipe mini album is what is struck me. Since she is learning deserts , so I wanted to make it look more on that line and also matching the challenge theme.

Something about the project.

Papers are from craftslane matching the theme of deserts, sweets, cakes and chocolates whatever it takes.

Its a 8x5 mini album made out of medium weight chipboard. Whole paper color theme is pink and red as per the challenge.

Left side has a waterfall which she can put the pictures of the made dishes and right side of the album has a small pocket to hold the recipe cards.

The Recipe cards made from white CS , which are stamped and colored using distress ink.
